Who qualifies

This offer is for our authorized trade partners in the United States — retailers, distributors and wholesalers — who applied through our website and were approved for a B2B account. It rewards ordering directly online, so orders placed for you by our team do not qualify.

Terms and conditions

1. Promotion period. Valid for qualifying orders placed and paid from September 9, 2026 through December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
2. Qualifying order. A single order placed by an approved US trade account directly in the Adrian Magnus B2B Portal at adrianmagnus.com, with a product subtotal of at least $1,000 USD before shipping, taxes and any discounts, and paid in full on the same calendar day the order is placed.
3. Free product. One (1) box of Adrian Magnus XSO Green (Box of 10) per qualifying order. There is no limit on the number of qualifying orders per account during the promotion period. The free box appears on the invoice as a separate line at $0.00.
4. Substitution. Adrian Magnus Cigar Corp may, at its sole discretion and depending on stock availability, replace the free product with another Adrian Magnus product of comparable value, without prior notice.
5. Orders placed by our team. Orders created by an Adrian Magnus sales agent or customer service on the customer's behalf, in any form, do not qualify, even if they meet the amount and payment conditions.
6. No cash value. The free product cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, a discount or a different product, and is not transferable.
7. Cancellations and returns. If a qualifying order is cancelled, returned or refunded in whole or in part so that the product subtotal falls below $1,000 USD, the free box must be returned in resalable condition or will be invoiced at the current wholesale price.
8. Resale to consumers. The free product is intended for resale through the partner's normal retail channels. Federal law prohibits the distribution of free samples of tobacco products to consumers; the partner may not give the free box away to consumers at no charge.
9. Taxes and licensing. The partner is responsible for any state or local tobacco taxes, reporting and licensing obligations that apply to the free product in the partner's jurisdiction.
10. Changes to the offer. Adrian Magnus Cigar Corp reserves the right to modify, suspend or end this promotion at any time. Qualifying orders already placed and paid before the change will be honored.
11. Trade only. Adrian Magnus Cigar Corp sells exclusively to licensed businesses. All products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older.
