Orders will be delivered to the provided address within a period of 15 to 30 days. The estimated delivery duration from Adrian Magnus SL varies based on the destination country. 

Adrian Magnus SL will not be held responsible to any kind of deterioration in the items ordered resulting to the clients’ failure to recover the package on time. 

The shipping time frame refers to the interval from when we dispatch the items from our warehouse until they reach their destination. Please note, delays in Customs or other agencies are beyond our control.

Transfer Risks

The responsibility for product delivery from Adrian Magnus SL to the customer is ours.

Product Returns/Exchanges and Refunds

Customers dissatisfied with their purchase must contact us within 7 days of receipt. To qualify for a reshipment or refund, at least 95% of the product must be returned to our warehouse in good condition. Depending on the customer's preference, we can reship a different box of cigars or process a refund if the package is sent back to our warehouse.

Returns Procedure

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are permitted to return the items for a replacement or a refund. Refunds are typically issued for defective items, incorrect quantities, incorrect products received, or freight damage. 

Refunds will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase. For a refund, we require at least 95% of the items to be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt. Customers must inform Adrian Magnus SL of the returned package's tracking number within two business days. Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned items in our warehouse.
