All orders are subject to approved credit terms. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any unpaid balance after the due date shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by applicable Florida law, whichever is lower, calculated on the outstanding balance until paid in full. Buyer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees. AdrianMagnus reserves the right to suspend deliveries, revoke credit privileges, and declare all outstanding amounts immediately due in the event of non-payment. By placing this order, Buyer confirms that it is authorized to bind the purchasing entity and agrees to these credit terms.
